I got my real estate license in 1999. At the time I was still working in print sales and had hoped to make the transition to real estate over time. But then came my battle with breast cancer and then Southport and Leland Magazines, which took me down a different path. I sold the magazines in December of 2019 and tried my best to retire, but after working all my life, it was hard to just stop. So when Mrs. Kay Jolliff with Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., Realtors asked me to join her real estate team, The Jolliff Team, it was an offer I could not refuse. It feels so good to be back in Southport working for Kay and Margaret Rudd & Associates, who both
supported me as advertisers in Southport Magazine. I know I have a lot to learn about real estate, but I am looking forward to the challenge. I will have guidance from Kay, my teammates and all the agents with Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., Realtors. If you have any real estate needs, please feel to reach out to me. I am eager to get to work and learn, grow and become the best real estate agent possible. Please like my Facebook page, Kris Beasley Real Estate. I hope to make this page fun and engaging.
